2026 Transportation in NY Summit

As New York looks to transit-oriented development to advance housing, economic growth, and long-term ridership, delivering these projects has become more urgent and complex. Public sector leaders and private developers will explore the policies, approvals, governance structures, and public-private partnerships needed to move TOD from vision to reality, while addressing resilience, infrastructure, and the challenges of building in New York’s uniquely complex development environment. The panel will also consider how TOD can create more connected, inclusive, and attainable communities while supporting long-term transit investment and ridership.
